Terms of Service

StoryToast is an online service operated at https://storytoast.app. StoryToast interviews you about a couple and the occasion, then generates a personalized wedding speech using AI language models. By using the service you agree to these terms.

The interview and speech preview are free. Unlocking the full speech (“Speech Ready”) requires a one-time payment of $29, processed by Stripe, and includes three revisions of the generated speech. The Speech Check is free. Prices may change from time to time; the price shown at checkout applies to your purchase.

The generated speech belongs to you. You are free to use, edit, copy, print, and perform it without restriction or attribution.

You agree not to use StoryToast to create unlawful, harassing, or infringing content, and not to attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service or its underlying systems.

Because the speech preview is available before purchase and the full speech is delivered immediately upon payment, refunds are not provided after delivery, except where required by law.

EU/EEA consumers: by unlocking the speech you request immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies once delivery is complete.

The service is provided “as is”. AI-generated content may contain errors or content that does not suit every occasion, and we do not guarantee the speech will be fit for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and approving the content before delivering it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence.
